East Stirlingshire FC and ES Galaxy FC Host Successful Easter Camp

April 2024 saw the inaugural Easter Camp organised between the Shire and ES Galaxy, held over four days in the Easter school holidays. The event was held indoors with the help of Grangemouth Stags Rugby Club. Run by four of ES Galaxy's 2008 team, it was attended by over 100 kids over the 4 days.

East Stirlingshire FC players, Shaun Brown and Sam Campbell also visited and spent time with the players and helped to distribute certificates of attendance to those who took part.

Shire CEO, Fraser Cromar said, "We'd like to thank all the players, coaches, helpers, parents and ES Galaxy FC and Grangemouth Stags Rugby Club for making this event such a success and we look forward to hosting more in the future."

Eamon O'Hare of ES Galaxy FC said "The buzz in the dressing room before, the screams of fun during the exercises and the smiling faces of each of the players makes it all worthwhile. Having support from East Stirlingshire FC added another level to the camp as the kids looked up to The Shire and listened intently when they spoke. We, at ES Galaxy FC, are looking forward to the summer camp with preparations already underway."
