THE SHIRE are delighted to announce that commercial removals and storage company TRANSDEC are their new home front of shirt sponsor, and their re-use initiative ReWORK as new away front of shirt sponsor, for the coming 2023/24 season.

TRANSDEC are currently preparing to open their new depot in Stirlingshire to service their Scottish and North of England customer base.

ReWORK - TALK IS CHEAP, ACTION WINS THE DAY

TRANSDEC are solution providers. A prime example being the removal and disposal of used office furniture - working with their customers they have developed ReWORK, a transparent service that allows used office furniture to be collected, stored, itemised and made available for certified re-use free of charge to charities, education facilities and start-up businesses.

THE BIGGER PICTURE

ReWORK is a solution that benefits TRANSDEC's communities and the environment, and, as movers who have teams travelling all over the country, they are driven to do much more - they call this ‘The Bigger Picture’.

Due to the very nature of their business, many of TRANSDEC’s team are out on the roads up and down the country all year round. As a business they are acutely aware of the affect that their collective carbon emissions have on the planet. TRANSDEC have partnered with Ecologi to ensure that they have a ‘Climate Positive Workforce’. This means that through Ecologi’s global carbon emission reduction projects they offset the carbon emissions of all their team and their immediate families.

Ecologi also plant thousands of new trees in the UK and globally on behalf of TRANSDEC in order to lessen the effects of their carbon emissions in decades to come.

TRANSDEC's Managing Director, Mark Nicholls said "We are proud to become new front of shirt sponsors at East Stirlingshire FC and we look forward to getting involved with the fans and the community as we move into our new depot in Stirlingshire. We have strong connections with football at grass root and professional levels and are delighted to extend those into Scotland as we grow".
